New Orleans, LA – Speaking proposals are now being accepted for the 2022 CyberNOLA Summit, held December 12 from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM at the New Orleans BioInnovation Center located at 1441 Canal Street.
The CyberNOLA Summit seeks presenters in Cyber Education, IT/Cyber Workforce Development, Cyber Business Development, and Women in Cyber. To be considered, please fill out the submission form here: https://conta.cc/3AuPGZ9. The deadline is November 21.
CyberNOLA is a one-day conference designed to educate, inform, and inspire IT industry leaders, K-12 and higher-education administrators and teachers, economic development professionals, and local government officials on the best practices in the cybersecurity workforce, innovation, business, academic curriculum, and cyber awareness program development.
This year’s theme, Building the Greater New Orleans’ Cybersecurity Workforce, will feature keynote speakers and panels in four areas:
- Workforce Development: Upskilling/Reskilling Workers and IT Job Opportunities
- Education: Traditional & Non-Traditional Tech Training Opportunities
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Educating the General Public About Online Threats and Safety Tools
- Business Development: Building New Orleans’ Sustainable Tech Ecosystem
